About Us
Our Streamz was started by Rita Smith a TV & Film Industry Professional with about 25 years experience working for the TV & Film Industry. She has worked for America’s top Networks such as: ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC, TBN, Disney Channel, HBO and Univision (just to name a few). Also, throughout her career, she has done many film projects and she has had the pleasure to meet and work with an innumerable amount of Celebrities, notables and the like. After witnessing the constant rejection and the many difficulties her friends (who were film makers) experienced trying to get their films on major TV & Streaming Networks (who would constantly shut them out). She wanted to do something to bridge the gap and make it easier for all to get on TV; and Our Streamz was born.
For years, major TV Networks have monopolized and dominated the TV/Broadcast/Cable industries making the possibility of people like you and I, getting a show/film idea on TV, slim to none. On top of that, the door has been completely shut without so much as even a thought of ordinary people getting their own TV channel (it was/still is unheard of).
